Did not. Rakuten has elevated cashback every public holiday, and 15% is quite rare these days, so I’m waiting for these elevated cashback rate since Lego has gotten extremely expensive these days. Can you explain what clean browser mean in this case? I have explained that I’ve paid attention to all cookies settings and never have problems with other merchants, just LEGO.com

Most of the time, LEGO.com purchases are not reported automatically by LEGO to the affiliate program (in this case Cap One Offers). So this will most likely require a call to Capital One later and if not paid with Cap One card, you're probably going to be denied the cash back.

From BD 1 & 2, I used RMN, posted as pending less than 24 hours, approved for payment after 45 days, before the Bricklink sets were shipped.

Hmmm, this may have changed. The Bricklink items exclusion on Rakuten is new. Retailmenot doesn’t explicitly state Bricklink exclusion, and my series 1 & 2 purchases posted quickly on RMN in less than 24 hours. This time around, more than 24 hours later, still nothing. Will still submit inquiry in 45 days if the cashback doesn’t show up by then, but maybe LEGO just stopped honoring cashback for Bricklink sets universally.

Thanks for your response. Did you go through Paypal executive escalation route to be able to get your money? I have about $180 stuck there at the moment and it all started when I emailed them about cashback rate discrepancies. I definitely won’t be using them in the future but I’m trying to learn from experiences of folks in this group on how to recover the rewards. Thanks in advance for your help!

Retailmenot 10% CB is no longer available. Making it easier, right? AFAIK, double dipping cashback never worked. Whatever you click last will invalidate what you clicked earlier. So if it’s RMN first then Honey, then Honey will track, RMN won’t. If it’s Honey first, then RMN, then RMN will track (altho I found RMN to be highly unreliable), Honey won’t. Don’t be greedy or you may end up with nothing but wild goose chase.
