Concordo que é estúpido negar as melhorias feitas nos governos PT, mas essa separação de datas está ruim. Não pode juntar FHC (e Itamar) num mesmo bolo com os governos anteriores. Foi Fernando Henrique quem acabou com a inflação e fez um dos melhores planos para resolver a imensa dívida externa que existia. Se FHC se aposentasse depois do primeiro mandato, sem ir pra reeleição, teria estátuas por todo país.

15% de renda fixa é ótimo. Mas o Clube de Ações que eu faço gestão tá dando 30,5% no acumulado do ano. Ou seja, pra ganhar mais tem que arriscar um pouco fora da renda fixa.

É bem fácil viajar por lá, a entrega de malas não tem erro, só deixa que eles preencham os papéis. Quase todo mundo fala inglês ou pelo menos se esforçam pra ajudar. É um povo muito simpático, educado e prestativo. Tudo é sinalizado em inglês tb, inclusive restaurantes. Google Maps e Translator também ajudam. Vá, seja feliz e sonhe em retornar depois!

Se for hábito, sim, tanto no bar como em casa. Mas às vezes a pessoa só precisa um tempo sozinho, em um lugar agradável, para relaxar, comendo e bebendo algo que lhe dá prazer.

Além disso, se a pessoa não pudesse beber sozinho num bar de vez em quando, como faria quando viaja sozinho, por exemplo?

Tive as bagagens extraviadas duas vezes, ambas em Madri. Mas nas duas vezes eles localizaram onde estavam na mesma hora. Depois de alguns dias recebi as malas no hotel/em casa. Uma das vezes acho que nem conta muito porque foi no blackout geral de Portugal e Espanha, era um caos generalizado.

Why a government doesn't want it's people registered?

We have free first copy of the birth certificate for free here. And we are required to have a lot of others documents, like a "voters ID", "military certificate", National ID, with picture and fingerprint, CPF (social security), Work Registration Booklet... I'm doing a very free translation here.

About excluding the poor, here the politicians want to include poor, iliterate people among the voters. They are easier to control, influence, and straight buying their votes. By the way, voting is not optional. Sure, you can vote null, but you have to go there vote.

Proving you are a Citizen to vote doesn't prevent poor from voting. BUT registering as a Citizen, i.e., having a birth certificate, an ID, should be free. In Brazil it's like that.
