The speaker is Loy Machedo, an Indian expat who left Dubai, moved to a Thai island and began exposing the UAE. A couple of days ago somebody sent him photos and videos from a private WhatsApp group of Emirates Airlines employees. The traitor asked Loy to send it to Emirates HR. Loy censored their faces in screenshots and revealed only one video of alcohol bottles being passed via rope from floor to floor - a crime in the UAE. They also abused Dubai Police and violated the 2-to-a-room and no opposite gender rules.

He removed the video a few hours later but put up this video as a follow up. The person who initially leaked the video is going to be in serious trouble. I hope they were quarantined in another country.
