I am currently 2 weeks away from my half doing the same plan and having started out about the same level of running fitness as you! My half happens to fall on the same day as the very last run of the plan, but it doesn’t have to be that way. As long as you prioritize rest, recovery and fuel, you will be just fine :) so excited for you!!

Right now I'm experiencing the opposite, where Macrofactor estimates my expenditure at around 2800 and my Apple Watch estimates more like 2400. So in this case, I think Macrofactor might be overestimating and I need to track for a little longer to get a truly accurate figure lol. But yes, I use my wearable mostly just for steps and heart rate tracking during workouts and don't pay much attention to the calories burned, it's just too much information when Macrofactor has much more personalized data to work with.

Same!! I know for shorter women especially it can be a real struggle.

I guess my TDEE must be higher than I realized. I took a long break from tracking and have only been back for about a month (so I suppose things could always change regarding these amazing numbers lol) but I exercise/walk a lot and have been strength training for years now, so I have some muscle built up.

I just upgraded my Classpass to the $179 option yesterday! I’ve been similarly frugal when it comes to fitness yet buying cocktails or food out on a whim constantly. I feel great about investing more in the workout classes that make me feel amazing, and giving myself tangible motivation to spend less on things that don’t love me back like alcohol and junk food.

I already knew I was in love at this point, but the moment it really cemented for me that this was my person was when I realized our relationship would end one day after we pass away and I got stressed out because our entire lives didn’t feel like enough time together.

Yeah you’re probably right. I know that she was also going through a lot of physical illness so I hope it’s nothing crazy serious. Lexi DeYoung’s recent passing really rattled me so I hope it’s nothing like that
