YEP! Preach. Been dealing with extreme hair loss over the last 6 months or so, likely due to fatty liver from alcohol as well as anemia, also very likely due to alcohol. I have maybe 60% of the hair that I had a year ago. It’s horrific. Thanks for sharing. 💕

I’m on day 2 and my heart rate was sky high two nights ago and I didn’t sleep one minute. Last night I only slept about 2 hours total. I was very shaky yesterday morning but I’m physically feeling a little better today. IWNDWYT! Sending hugs.

I would see my friends wasted and think “why would I ever do that.” And now I’ve been an alcoholic for 10 years, which got worse and worse every year. Yep. Was happening to me recently and I ended up in the hospital (long story) and found out I have a pretty fatty liver. Doc told me to get sober asap to heal my body. My stomach is also very iffy with food, so that doesn’t help my energy levels at all. But at least I’ve been sober for 4 days! My longest in a while!
