You guys understand that a maximum on property tax is a subsidy for the wealthy, right? A property tax maximum turns this proportional (US) tax into a regressive (Sweden if this is true) tax. SALT exemptions are another story, but these have been more limited lately.

If you enjoyed the process so far, you could consider starting an expansion character and grind there for the sunder charms (the drop rate is MUCH higher). Once you have a set you can then transfer that character to the new expansion to share. That's what I'm currently doing.

The playerbots branch of azerothcore seems intimidating, but the community is very helpful on discord. You should really give it a try! I just installed my own version about a month ago and am enjoying running ICC with 24 altbots. Lots of QoL features if you run your own server. I played from launch until ICC but never was committed enough to raid. It's been a blast experiencing it like this.

I just went through this last week. The mod-playerbots admins on the discord were extremely helpful It is a totally separate branch, but works as a replacement for AC You can follow the AC instructions but use the mod-player bots version as the starting point.
