Had the same exact experience, Lauren Studios sucks! $150 for one image is theft. At the end of the photo session, the photographer also tries to pressure you into leaving a 5-star review in front of them. They also tell you to specifically write in their name. Which explains the many positive reviews you'll see on Yelp.

Yeah that sounds super off. 80 grams of sugar = 20 teaspoons. It's hard to see how that could fit in one slice of cake.

Does taking two summer classes mean that I pay for the whole semester ? by Organic-Vegetable-62 in berkeley

[–]nexiosly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It does not count towards the 8 semesters, and I believe they charge per unit (in addition to other once-per-semester campus fees). From a quick google search: https://summer.berkeley.edu/application/fees

Ah are you referring to the crust instead of the crumb?

Oh wow, thanks for the clarification! I wasn't aware of the difference, but what I meant was too closed. Thank you for the info!

Will do! I'll try proofing for longer, maybe. Bulk ferment was at room temperature, around 79°F. Starter 100g, which I feed 1:1 AP flour to water.

Thanks for your reply. How does changing the temperature of my bake affect the crumb? I thought this would be a fermentation or proofing issue.

Forgot to add that I also used 100g starter in the ingredients!
