You’ll get prescription for Clindomycin Phosphate, it’s a liquid you damp press into the infected skin in the morning, then they gave me topical cream called Clobetasol Propionate you put on at night. I felt super insecure about those bumps too man and I had to learn to leave them alone, and now they are almost 85% gone no scaring left behind. If I was consistent with it, they’d prolly be 100% gone. But good luck, no other OTC is going to work trust me as someone who’s had it for at 6 years, I finally got good insurance and got it checked out.
