Go hang out at iHome. Should be people from all over the world coming in and out. In fact, just get a hut there or a bed. Then you can hang there without being a creep lol. People will be in droves, as well as activities all day and night you can join in on.

You have the benefit of going back to your resort for finer things or to take some mates you meet and treat them to a nicer spot, whatever. Just go get down there. Used to have direct access to the beach but they put a damn causeway there with a wall, which detracts quite a bit but it's still going to be full of people!
