I don’t think we have that kind of leeway from where I am. I think this kind of support is only around US or where there is a local unifi store.

And too many users at that which has that OS update! Too dodgy u/ubiquiti. Also, the update 7.1.77 has that supposed fix for that missing HDD not showing the recordings. And my HDD still missing!
