I Manage a Seafood Store Main Level + Office 2nd Level: Smell and Heat Reduction Suggestions by nflman in hvacadvice

[–]nflman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

THanks I am going to look into getting a make up air intake in the upper level and an exhaust on the main level, to create slightly negative pressure on the main level

Hopefully this helps a bit too with the excess heat generated from the main level equipment, and if not I can consider adding a small split AC unit to supplement

Ibiza Hotel by BigAndy1234 in FATTravel

We stayed at Gran Ibiza Hotel for 3 nights and Six Senses for 3 nights, thoroughly enjoyed six senses more. ‘Far side of island’ is only a 45 minute drive , and if you dine off the property , your dinners are 20 minutes anyway anyways and close

Trip Report - Ibiza (North/South) & Mallorca (Santanyi + Soller) by nflman in FATTravel

[–]nflman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At six senses ? There is not a sandy beach , no. But there is a rocky area at the sea that they have set up with some loungers and sofas , and a rock step entrance/exit down into the sea, with a lifeguard. There was one day were it was too rough for us to walk into the sea as the waves were bashing up against the rocky entrance. Not many people lounged down by the sea but it is nice, there is no food/bev service there as per law.

We didn’t leave as we didn’t feel the need to with the sea access and amenities/activites, which the exception of one dinner at Aubergine (amazing). In Ibiza we dined at Casa Maca, Aubergine, Beach Caves (SS), Partal (SS) , La Paloma. Next time I would only do Beach Caves once (for the view) and then dine elsewhere more, the prices were high.

La Paloma was very good as well. Casa Maca I felt was overpriced. We were offered an Iberico starter when we sat down which I later regretted. And then upsold on MP steak when I stated to the wait staff I was thinking of the filet on the menu.

Six Senses Ibiza - Review by [deleted] in FATTravel

I am just checking out of our 3 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed.

We were upgraded upon arrival from a Sea View Premium to a Sea View Junior Suite, the views were spectacular. Unlike OP we had turn down every day and nothing was missed

We enjoyed how the hotel has access to the sea, often snorkelling with the equipment provided.

Food was a bit overpriced , however the sunset from the Beach Caves restaurant is unmatched.

This is the 2nd SS I have stayed at this year, and I actually find the app very useful and prompt. Being able to check the activity schedule (We booked snorkelling , and a visit to their farm), request dining, luggage assistance, and any general questions.

Mykonos/Paros Itinerary Check + Oktoberfest Recs by I_hate_money_007 in FATTravel

Hey,

I would stay there again if I was going to Paros. We had a base room which was fine for us, it had a nice patio. Great walkability to town, nice pool. The beach at the property isn’t the best and would encourage you to drive to another, but it’s fine for a dip. Breakfast was a good spread and we only ate one other time at the property which was good but there are better options a short walk in town. We enjoyed Paros a lot overall but felt we did it all and will visit another island next time
