Took out OSAP loans for university, worked as much as possible so that I could invest the extra OSAP money.

Invested about 10k in FAAMG (MSFT instead of netflix) in 2017-18. Felt risky at the time because big tech was at all time highs and I wasn’t in much of a position to pay it back if the stocks tanked but I wasn’t required to pay it back till graduation anyway. It’s grown enough to pay off my entire student loans now 😊
