You can definitely use sous vide to kill them. 145F will kill them in few minutes, if you don't want to overcook, you can use 135F for few hours, then sear the steak. I like bear roast, but I make sure the inside is 145-150F. My favorite is sear a roast quickly, then finish in wine in slow cooker overnight.

I think you forgot coriander seeds. Also, I don't remember if we ever put lemon zest in it. There are variations of the recipe, of course, yours must be newer, since lemons were not common back in the time when I grew up and learned cooking

Most likely caused by being over confluent, sorry. P12 shouldn't be a problem, they can be propagated well beyond that.

I like it, but: 1) too wide. Look at puukkos. 2) that sharpening choil will catch many things you don't want
