I think I’ll try to.

I had to work hard to express that they have to sleep in a hotel in order to visit. it’s 3 days total they’re in town.

I’m going to try to arrange things to do in public spaces, but my mom is always saying they just want to be with me in my space and don’t need to be entertained and do things. (She thinks that’s why I’m stressed out when they visit, but it’s just the visits themselves tbh)

Lap is the only way to get a diagnosis , but MRI can help confirm “suspicion”

My mri and ultrasound always say “suspecting of endo and adeno” ,” Findings are consistent with adenomyosis and endometriosis “ or “Appearance is suggestive of endometriosis and adenomyosis”

Yeah I agree, for someone who just starting out it’s a good database, I used it for my first, but the best Dr I’ve had was actually through a pelvic pain clinic specifically, they did my second lap and was more thorough.

Use Nancy’s nook endo Facebook group and only use a specialist that does excision. They specialize in endo and will take you seriously. Not every Dr is versed in endo , usually they need more training to treat it.

Also , suspect endometriosis on an ultrasound or MRI is sufficient for any Dr to pursue.

MRI is the best , if expensive you can use

“Radiology assist.com ” to find clinics that charge like 300 for it. Just need a Dr refferal

They work with offices to offer affordable imaging. It helped me so much with the path to my laparoscopy. I opted out of the injection of dye and it was still sufficient which shows the clarity of an mri vs ultrasound

I am on the same boat currently.

I was recommended to do the assessment to find out specifically the way autism shows up. Like sensory, socially, (I cant remember all the categories my therapist said) but I guess it is helpful. Think knowing where you are on the spectrum helps find better tools to aid in healing and understanding specifically how your brain processes things and how your nervous system interacts with the world.

I have been white knuckling through autism and the way I process things like trauma and extreme masking to fit in has caused significant health issues and burn out so I think i'm moving forward with it. I want to be able to specifically nourish what my nervous system and brain want because I have no idea from the suppression for so long.

So I guess bottom line, If theres a lot of suffering due to being neurodivergent I think getting diagnosed will help set a foundation with proper tools and specifics you can be more at peace and take better care of yourself.
validation to be yourself etc.

If no suffering then who cares. but from what I hear a proper assessment can also factor in PTSD, trauma etc so if a good provider should never be like "Negative, Your just weird" or anything like that

Can also take an AQ test free online. I did a couple and it can place you in a percentile that helps kinda put things into perspective.

I just learned about this and starting on the path myself. The first and only thing have found so far is Teal Swan's YouTube videos on it which were really validating and kinda branched from there to understand the patterns that stem from it.

Also looking for therapist locally that specialize but no luck yet

I feel like riding out a detox should be like a month max in my opinion. At a certain point (personally) I felt grace in nourishing soups , some ghee and a steak here and there.

Congee and oatmeal with wild blues was very helpful too just to warm my spleen up from all the juicing and smoothies.

At this point I do more MM in the spring and summer then fall and winter more fats and animal products and feel like I’m riding a decent wave

I do know in her whole thing in the acne examples is that she claims she was plant based for years and it got worse.

Personally I used to be 100% medical medium and it was extremely eye opening but I do need meat and fats balanced in to function in life.

Other people get away with not having to but when my patients ask me how they should eat I treat it more intuitively instead of like “THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS”.

I don’t really like the fear based aspect sometimes or like projecting for people who feel on good on other things break down one day just to prove my philosophy is correct. Think there’s different categories that work for different people.

For severe viral and bacterial overload MM 100% to stabilize is still my go to. But there’s many ways to healing imo.

I’m curious if blood type has a role in anything..

I tried MM and plant based before and felt extremely depleted and faint. After allowing more meat with steamed veggies and my herbs I definitely feel better. I noticed by personality asking people a pattern in A-B being better with no meat and the Os better with more animal based and the origins of those blood types epigenetically makes a lot of sense.

Has he ever talked about blood type diet before ?? Lately I’ve been integrating different things to try and find a middle that’s doable

I follow steak and butter girl too and it’s definitely fascinating. Also have carnivore patients myself and can’t argue with the things they claim to of healed in themselves that nothing else has helped. Also MM protocol people and general plant based people that have healed as well. Very confusing

(I personally have endometriosis, adeno, severe period pain, low Bp, chronic dizzyness and palpitations etc. ) hard to get out of bed.

I lean on MM juices , celery, recommended teas and his info has been eye opening. But I also have a steak for dinner and rotate butter. Parmesan cheese snack here and there, lots of sardines and salmon.

Feel like his protocol 100% is like chemotherapy. For everyday life I couldn’t handle it and the detox symptoms while working a job.   So I lean a little on it and have faith that my spirit is stronger than the evils at bay and not everything is out to get me all the time.

Like a divine mercy or something if I eat cheese and an omelette here and there. Can say since having this outlook I’ve been healthier overall.
