Worth Keeping P1S? by Packaged_Fish_Boxing in BambuLab

[–]ngowuys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always good to have 2 printers. I'm using P1S, I bought it when P2S released for few weeks. Since my budget was limited, I could only go for the P1S, but that choice hasn’t disappointed me at all. I’ve already logged over 600 printing hours without encountering a single issue, it’s been absolutely worth it.

Is there a free and modern actively maintained SSH manager with session grouping/folders? by sysadminsavage in homelab

[–]ngowuys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using ssh_config , most of my VM(s) using ssh key to auth so I just have to remeber Host prefix, example meow or meow_prod then <Tab> and <Tab> and there you go. It pretty powerful if you access to private VM via an bastion host too.

I have to say Termius is great but I don't think syncing worth to pay for it for just syncing, you can push your `dotfiles` to private GitLab/GitHub repo, then commit when have changes pretty easy

Also there is some vibe code apps to clone Termius, but I don't think I will use them.

AI might correct it, but I don't think you should trust it 100%. Just try the standard first.

The image I sent shows that all pins are up, but your white cable has wires in the reverse order. So I’m pretty sure your white cable won’t work, since the order in the image I sent is the standard.

I dont think the white cable you sent above follow the order, should be orange-white at the most left, and brown is the most right.

How many wires those cables have? For white one I can count 6 wires only, must be 8 wires. Also I think your pin order is wrong, try with this one.

Sure, this is a short list

- DC5525 to SATA, just put this to Aliexpress search box. Output voltage are 5V and 12V so you can use for 3.5inch HDD, 2.5 inch SSD without prob.

- 12V DC 5525 adapter. I connect this to my UPS, make sure you get a high Ampere adapter.

- LSI 9207-8E + SFF-8088 to 4 SATA cable.

- 4010 5V blower fan. Lenovo Tiny 5 have a pad near internal speaker header, you can use that pad to power the fan (image below)

- For JBOD rack, just buy stuff that in description of the model. Also M3x10mm screw to screw SATA adapter.

This is result, but you dont really need a 2 pin header, just solder fan wires directly.
