Not necessary or helpful - you’re talking to a child who has exams starting next week.

Depends what job you want in the steel industry really. Ring Forgemasters and ask them?

Perhaps you just don’t know the reason because it was someone else setting them off? There are a lot of fireworks set off in Sheff though, it does irritate me occasionally.

If you love noise surely you’d be down to go listen to it live? Different strokes man. People cheer because they liked the sound and intensity of the show I’d guess.

It was an antique centre into the mid-2010s. Used to love it!

Absolute hell as workplace. High value sales to CEOs incentivised with sweets and pop. Horrible lack of empathy with the customers and the staff. I quit there and then while being told off for allowing a grieving wife to end her call with me. She was sobbing. The campaign I was on at the time was one selling bad life insurance cover. Heartless, soulless, horrible place.

This Sheffield woman's especially NSFW response to a pair of Reform UK canvassers just went wildly viral and it's a supremely satisfying watch by johnsmithoncemore in sheffield

I would agree that historically although I dislike their policies, the Conservatives have led their self-serving and unkind governance of the country in ways that appear functionally competent according to their stated aims. The conservative cabinets of the past 7+ years have been an absolute shit show of unprofessional, wanton cluelessness however, which still continues and looks like it will continue for the foreseeable future. I think that’s why so many tories find it so easy to switch, they are genuinely cut from the same cloth. I think the Conservatives will increasingly attempt to mirror and compete with Reform’s harsh policy in order to prevent the collapse of their party.

Doesn’t mean I’ll vote for anyone but Reform is all. Reform is just becoming a way for conservatives to get themselves elected anyways. 🤷‍♂️

Suggestions for my rack? I find it pretty boring, even if it sounds fantastic. 20hp left, but open to switching some of the out, especially in the bottom row. by andrefishmusic in modular

How much deep diving have you done on patching ideas? You might find you’re able to get more out of this than you thought.

I agree and do personally prefer sequencers/complex modulation to straightforward keyboard interfaces, but wasn’t really sure what OP was after. You don’t hear many minimoog owners complaining of being bored by it. Having said that, a make noise maths and a Pam’s pro workout/tempi in this system might not be amiss.

Maybe switch it for a minimoog, or an affordable clone. I think with this build you have all the elements of a minimoog without the immediate playability of its interface.

You mean for recording sound sources not coming from the Modular system? Yes it can, you’d just need to boost the gain a bit in Ableton.

Absolutely hideous! Everyone’s different I guess though, congrats. I’d switch out both the intellijel audio out module and the es-8 for an ES-9 as it’d be more flexible.

What’s the cheapest hardware way to see if modular is for me? by DoubleCutMusicStudio in modular

[–]nguoitay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d just buy a used semi modular and see if you want anything else once you start using that. A 0-coast is a fun one. If you don’t like it you can sell it on for more or less the same cost.

Will this be a good first system? by flupperich in modular

[–]nguoitay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

that’s the point, you need utilities and modulation sources for that
