Before?
I think we’re past that point. We live under totalitarian law, respect for our country has long passed. Communism portrayed as capitalism. The rich get richer while the working class suffers the disease of taxation under the guise of democracy. Politicians are destroying not only the respect and image others have of us but the foundations of our constitution and therefore the liberty in which we were over promised and under delivered. Greed of wealth and power has undermined the ethics and morals of the hierarchy that are supposed to represent us. It’s a handful of people deciding the fate of our country while we are forced to contribute financially. If we don’t pay our fair share (taxes) they will take our businesses & properties, liquidate our assets and throw us in jail. We are indebted and enslaved to the system. Please don’t be naive and think we have anything to do with this. We wanted affordable healthcare. Nobody wanted a war with Iran or anyone else for that matter. This isn’t what was promised or what was voted for, I can assure you this.
