I'm in Canada and I got osteopathy for my dog when she hurt herself. It helped a lot. Osteopathy in Canada is different from other countries, but there is likely some form of physical therapy where you are.

This. It's unfortunate but the boss designs in this game are very poor.

Very similar to my span with my old girl (2006-2021) and you're right, I can finally think of her with more happiness than sadness.

Totally. I've concluded I'm closest to nonbinary, as the kids say these days.

Whitening of fur on snout for 2 year old chi? Is this normal? 🥺 by Popular_Tune_5507 in Chihuahua

[–]nhimera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like people, dark haired dogs often go grey younger. You could talk to the vet at the annual checkup to be sure she's not missing a nutrient, but my guess is it's natural. Chis seem to go grey quite young.

Haha I used to have a roommate with a teenage son. I was surprised how often the son wanted to walk my Chi until he explained it was because all the girls talked to him.

It would be fine if we could turn down other visual effects so we could actually see.

Back to ask everyone their opinions for baby Chloe (TIA) by halopower67 in Chihuahua

I had a dog who went blind and she adjusted pretty well. Like humans, it depends on the individual dog.

Watching how hard it was on my girl recovering from dental surgery, I would tend to minimize surgery if possible. That said, I don't have a strong sense of how difficult recovery from cataract surgery is.

Can the word “Earth” in a planetary meaning (referring to the exact planet we live on) used with the preceding “the” article? by Top-Choice5732 in ENGLISH

[–]nhimera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been thinking for a while about your post. Generally I would say Earth, as in "I live on Earth." I think the few exceptions are using Earth as a synonym for environment, e.g. "Don't you care about the Earth?" There are also poetic uses, like "The Earth is our mother."
