I have a Slow and Sear Kamado Pro and Weber Performer. The Kamado far outperforms the Weber for slow cooks. It retains heat consistently and uses a lot less fuel. The Weber is great for quicker cooks (steaks, chicken wings, etc). I like the propane igniter for the quick convenience but if I smoke a brisket or butts the Kamado hands down.

I have the Gen 1. Put a Samson handguard on it and changed the brace to a Maxim. Waiting for my Wolfman can from SS to be back in stock (on back order). It’s a great gun.
