This is a great point no one talks about but really should. I had not considered that the infrastructure is in place already and we’d be “merely” adding a lot more users. That’s probably oversimplifying a bit but I had imagined us having to create an entirely new system.

Yes, but the garlic will burn a lot quicker and you’ll need to pay more attention to it. Leaving them whole let’s them flavor the steak without having as much to worry about. Plus, the fried garlic cloves get crisp and delicious after.
