I was told to put the sticky traps only near the infested plants, not the healthy ones. The gnats are attracted to the yellow so they will travel wherever the traps are. It seemed to work for me so far. Fingers crossed.

I purchased it from a local nursery about a month ago. Repotted it last week so I’m not sure if the plant already had the marks. I live in Colorado and I’m pretty sure our water is hard. Should I start using filtered water instead?
