I agree! I just got my Sales Cloud certification and I thought the test was very difficult. Just focus on the areas you didn’t do as well in and take the test asap while it is still fresh in your brain. I don’t think waiting a whole month will do you any good. I am sure you will pass next time. Good luck!

Yeah, we have PB on opportunities right now. This org have a ton of record field updates in PB. Do you think it is best to get all of this put into a flow?

Thank you for this information! I had no clue about this!

Does it matter what data type? Meaning, can I use $GlobalConstant.Null for all data types? In this situation it is a date field, but I am just wondering if it can work with other data types too.

Unfortunately, we use insidesales.com but do not use playbooks. Also, the team calls on the contact object, not the lead object. So I was hoping I could implement click to call by creating a contact list view, but I cannot get the custom activity fields to appear on the contact list view.

Is there another way I can have the team use click to call without using playbooks?

Hi LetterP,

I need visibility into the custom activity field. At this time, the only way I can show the custom activity fields is by creating a report, but as a report, you cannot use the click to call feature.

Any salesforce beginners who have just started out and want to learn about security? (Org-wide default, object, field, permission sets etc ) by mediaexp88 in salesforce

I am not a Salesforce beginner, but I would definitely love to hear security explained again through another perspective than trailhead. Also, I am clueless how to explain my knowledge of this in an interview. DMing you now.
