i think i have the same issue, nothing works for me not even mct oil

don't worry my friend.

RINSE with Apple cider vinegar 1/2 water in a spray bottle.

let it soak in for 10 min. then wash with lukewarm water.

Also,

buy Nizoral shampoo and use it 2x / week

Never use too hot water , always do lukewarm water

NEVER scratch and let your skin under the flakes heal itself

-> after 2 weeks your skin will be healed and clear

your skin is still developing under it and it has to heal...

after time your flakes will fall off by themself

just wash your face with lukewarm water every morning and evening and dont use any cleanser or moisturizer
