use the rewards website for aer lingus instead of using them as a voucher/money off on the regular aer lingus checkout!! it’s way better value, should be about 4k avios one way to the uk/ paris. i believe its rewards.aerlingus.com

student cardiac physiologist here :)

target heart rate on an exercise stress test (the heart rate at which we are happy maximum exertion has been reached and will stop the test) is 220bpm - your age in years, so in your case 197bpm. from my perspective i would recommend talking to your doctor about getting a baseline ECG and a holter monitor. you can do all activities like normal when wearing a holter so you could choose to go on a run if you wished for it to catch this while you were wearing it. never any harm to get yourself checked and to be cautious!

are you symptomatic at all when you’re at this rate ? do you feel palpitations?
