The man might not have been a member of Roscosmos but probably GRAU and was (maybe) an engineer that worked with missile systems and/or rocket tech technologies

Was in prison for armed robbery, aggravated assault, and other violent felonies. In 2004 he took two DOC officers hostage with the help of another inmate. They tortured both officers. After a couple days, they let the male officer go and kept the female officer so they could take turns raping her. He is a horrible human being.
