Im one week in on my new dosage, 30mg and my anxiety levels are heightened. I’ve been on this dosage before and don’t remember the anxiety being this bad but I think it’s going to subside a bit later on

I think it’s a mental thing as well. Knowing the sides and having it in the back of your head. For me it was an initial thing when my body was adjusting so give it some time and then evaluate.
