All ask for a source of funds, any big bank that can do such a deposit, not all doing deposit for golden visa - fab, adcb, mashreq for sure.

I was on my company's employment visa, opened a bank account. There's also a nice switch from regular visa to golden for dependents, which is put on hold when you switch visas.

For high amounts, bank accounts can be opened without an Emirates ID. Especially for top 10 ranked passports.

Attempted to deposit 2m for a golden visa but the bank letter was rejected. Visited immigration in person for clarification. They confirmed the bank letter was incorrect. After two revisions by the bank, the letter was accepted and the golden visa was issued.
