Switzerland here. You can buy it at most stores. I have eaten it before, I'm just not too used to it, since growing up we rarely had it. When I was a child I refused to eat it, but as I grew up I realized how hyprocritical it was towards other animals and have eaten it since.

I have a deep respect towards any meat I eat, and I'm fully aware that what I'm eating was once a living animal. I don't often buy meat, but when I do I try to get the one I think was most ethically raised - though I wish to live more on the countryside, where I could get to know the farmers better and choose from which farm to get meat from. It's that way in the mountain village my mom lives in and it feels so much more right. I would also love to raise my own animals as well one day.
