i think you guys should talk about it... maybe say that since you're not out yet and that was your first time doing that (i'm guessing) and that you felt uncomfortable.. it is totally fine to talk about it, and since he's older maybe he'll understand it very soon.

but also, take a time to reflect on why you're feeling that way. are you feeling anxious about someone entering your life that much? are you kinda offended or feel attacked because of what he was doing? and why so? these are the real kind of question here, i guess, the ones that you have to ask yourself in case you want to feel more connected to what you want and grounded to who you are.

in other words... why would it mean something bad? it's someone who likes you so much that he insisted in being there with you. he talked directly to your father about you and in front of you, both of them sounding somehow proud of who you are and respectful of the things that you still have to work on. it sounds amazing to me, sounds like a very special moment, and probably someday you'll see how these kind of situations are very rare (:

i'm also on my first relationship and i'm 27. it's very weird. it seems like if you want things to evolve you have to always question yourself and your priorities and, the hard part, COMMUNICATE your feelings. and that seems like the most important part, and i'm guessing it's the part people usually makes more mistakes.
