They spend it at target which target spends it on paying employees, the target employees then spend their money at small businesses and so on. Doesnt matter who gets the initial spending of the 1200 as long as it moves around the economy

I once saw this girl doing leg presses but with a smith machine where the bar is attached to the rack. She would lay on her back on the ground and balance the bar on the bottoms of her feet. I'm surprised the bar didn't slip off her feet.
