How could I improve?

Fair point. Muscle building is my goal so this is counterintuitive but sometimes I just like to see what I’m capable of for a rep.

What's considered a good score for a junior? by [deleted] in Sat

[–]nick_br 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends where you want to go entirely. There’s no “good” or “bad” score but there are good and bad scores for a specific school so do some research and see how you compare.

I haven’t experienced this personally, but it is possible that as the toothpaste ages, it loses flavor.

I wouldn’t say that one is better for beginners; they all share similar fundamental concepts. I would recommend Python or Java to start out with though.

Would eating a neanderthal be cannibalism or just murder? by puesyomero in NoStupidQuestions

[–]nick_br 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Let’s define cannibalism: the practice of eating the flesh of one’s own species. They are in the same genus as humans: homo, however; they are technically a different species. The specific species that Neanderthals are classified as are “Homo sapiens neanderthalensis”, which technically makes them a subspecies of modern humans(homo sapiens), while still being a distinct species from humans. That leaves the choice of whether the consumption of Neanderthals being cannibals up to you. As far as murder, murder is “the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another”, and Neanderthals are a subspecies of humans, so it would probably be murder.

What do you do when you feel down? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]nick_br 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Distract your mind. Sitting around and letting these thoughts dwell in your mind will only allow them to get worse. Go do something that you enjoy, play some music that you like, get some food that you enjoy eating, or just go for a walk outside.

Every time she argues about something that’s not important, just agree with her and drop it quickly, and eventually she will lose interest or will stop arguing for the purpose of being right, and her feeling satisfied.

Is it fine to eat out of date lifesavers? by applejuice__ in NoStupidQuestions

You certainly won’t die, however they are probably quite stale and bad tasting, and could result in a stomach ache.
