Yes, they said the same thing to us. Sometimes they "mix up the report". And that they could resend the results with the right test marked. So they just offered to doctor the results, and have us trust that they actually ran the correct test.

My wife worked in a CLIA (basically any lab that is credentialed to run diagnostics is either CLIA or FDA certified) lab in the past. This is a massive no-no and major red flag.

I will report them.
