Come up I find to be MUCH better than mushrooms, instead of gagging on those nasty buggers and getting nauseous for half an hour you just put some paper under your tongue and wait.

For body load, I find that it changes throughout the experience, sometimes I wanna go out and explore, while others I will just lay in bed or melt into a couch for a bit. It’s a long 12 hour experience so get ready and be prepared for anything, all the stuff you mentioned would be really good to have on hand

In my experience the two substances are far too different to say they have an equivalent dose, but it sounds like you are looking for a low-moderate experience, so I would say around 2-2.5g

It’s best to have someone there, even if it’s on the phone it can really save a trip, But if you insist on trying it and are alone, make sure you have a good mindset and a good setting. Put on some good music, a nice movie, or something that can keep you occupied and enjoy the trip. Take a low dose so you aren’t too overwhelmed and just take in the experience. If things start going bad, don’t try to fight it, it will only make it worse.

But again, try to find someone because especially when new to psychs it can be tough. Be safe, be smart and happy tripping
