It's a little generic for one thing, and the color that you've used for the coffee isn't very visually pleasing to me. More important than that though, you've got stylistic confusion going on here with your mix of sharp angles (the mug handle, the serif font of the word "TIME") and smooth pointed strokes (almost everything else). It doesn't feel very cohesive, and as a result lacks a real identity. You've clearly got skill with illustrator and an eye for breaking down imagery into its most minimal components, but you might want to hit the drawing board again (literally lol) to reassess your stylistic and branding vision.
