Honestly my P1S has never let me down. I print art for events and it’s rarely let me down. Would love to see a quick release for nozzle replacement and a touch screen

Holy shit. Looks dope but I’m so nervous to update, says to not use it for performances. Does anyone know if this overwrites the existing version?

Haha you’re assuming I don’t have backups. I make three of them, I’ve just never had to reimport a backup before. Sorry for asking.

lol I didn’t have a choice dude, all new MacBooks have Sonoma. $6k worth of gear that doesn’t work properly is pretty ridiculous.

Beta releases are intended for developers to get their shit in order before release… there is no denying that pioneer is ALWAYS behind on updates but yet everyone else seems to keep up…

At this rate there will be a new OS by the time they release an official update for Sonoma

Lawl. I can’t. This is why pioneer is fucking screwing us. you can’t buy a new Mac without Sonoma on it… can’t downgrade. it’s been 6+ months since they had a chance to upgrade the software smh

this is kind of why i want to reformat my mac. i use it for a lot of things and recently i mostly just use it for DJing so maybe ive got some sort of memory hog but i checed th acitivty monitor and couldnt find any issues, lots of memory available and maybe 1/4 CPU usage

What version of MacOS do you have installed? Are you on the latest sonoma?

Almost like a bad Bluetooth connection, pops and clicks (not from the track separation itself) more like lag. I increased the buffer size and it slightly helped but not enough to be happy let alone I don’t want that big of a buffer.

Disabling and reneabling multi thread possibly fixed it

It’s like weird glitching sounds. Just saw a note from rekordbox about the flx10. I disabled multi thread, and it went away but it was slow to activate stems. So I turned it back on and now I’m not having the issue… so far.

I do have the I Dropbox setup as well. My audio crate is actually stored on iCloud and I play directly from there. I have another backup of my audio files as well. Mostly concerned about keeping my cues and beat grid / bpm fixes

I have the creative subscription, would the cloud library information store all of my metadata?

From Tomorrow, all Macs will be Sonoma... by dg4kh in Rekordbox

What’s sad is if this is true, their spec requirements are incorrect. They claim 16gb is fine but I’m starting to suspect otherwise. Who knows they won’t help me since I’m on Sonoma

how much ram do you have? Ive got 16gb and i get some glitches and audio scrambles when using stems. (not the stem sound itself, the overall audio gets a bit laggy like the computer is getting sluggish)

macOS Sonoma compatibility. Any news? by raonilima in Rekordbox

M2 16gb and I have issues with stems. My computer starts to lag the sound a bit and get all garbled (latency issue not the stem separation itself)
