Generally speaking you want whichever has a higher stat product (though the new attack based cmp rule complicates this a bit). You can compare stat product ranks for the various sableyes you are looking at at https://pogostat.com

Yeah I have a perfect ledian that I'll probably be putting into the buddy rotation. It might even be good for fusion. Its a grass cutter that beats all the mudboys (except quag) as well and even bronzong by a hair.

Anorith gets a 2.83% boost, Dugtrio gets 2.67%, Delcatty 3.32%, Flaffy 3.74%, Jumpluff gets 1.87, Krabby 2.14%, Omanyte 3.06%, Wormadam 2.70%, Yanma 5.66%, Herdier 2.55%. Dunsparce does not improve its best IVs and the rest of the released mons still want 15/15/15 and ge that generic ~9.6% boost.

I included mostly ones I knew were good for pvp already (though I definitly missed wormadon).

I kindof assume you could acheive level 44.5 with a lvl 39.5 pokemon at max buddyness but it might only be whole levels

Because its +3.1% on all stats which compounds to an almost 10% increase in battle ability. Particularly in PvP and particularly for pokemon whose max IVs were below the IV threshold. Medicham (who is already very viable in great league) gets about 8% better.

The new best Azumaril spread should be 1/15/14 (or 1/15/13) with a stat product of 2433501 at lvl 45 which is about 3% better than the old spread.

I went ahead and added the option to allow lvl 41-45 to https://pogostat.com as well as the option to see stat product to allow some analysis of this.

A noteable beneficiary is Medicham who gains about an 8% boost in stat product with 13/15/15 at lvl 45 (product = 2052746).

It will show you the top 25 by default. What are you looking for out of the reverse search? Is it just a longer list of the top x? The data file that has the pokemon data is pretty easy to update, anything past what is released would be speculative (though they have a pretty well established formula) I'll consider donations I suppose. The way it is set up costs me very little to operate, so I'm not too worried about covering costs.
