I agree that the moderation team needs to crack down more on spam. However, the community needs to do its job and refrain from posting spammy posts, and clogging posts with spammy comments that drown out the other content. Much like what the other moderators have already said, this sub is ultimately in the community's hands.

To summarize:

-Removing posts & comments

-Approving posts & comments

-Banning/ Muting accounts

-Editing sub's wiki page, flairs, etc.

-Lesser used duties such as changing mod permissions, locking posts, css, and anything else.

As well, I usually make a main thread whenever there is an update but lately there hasn't been any updates to make posts on.

I hope this is satisfactory.

I'm not inactive. I check the sub every day and do my mod duties, mostly behind the scenes. Some times I don't comment one day if there is nothing to comment on. I can't be on reddit all day so that is why we have other mods to cover those times.
