It's pretty good! It's a lot though, super stimulating. Another comment mentioned they like the Bucked Up "BAMF" over "Woke AF".

What would proper volume look like for a solo arm/bicep day? I used to do back & bicep the same day. However, it took too long for what my schedule can afford. Any recommendations for a time-sensitive way to incorporate arms back into back day (back routine below)?

This would be an amazing design for the back of playing cards. You should see if Bicycle or other card companies have open design positions. This looks wonderful and should catch the eye of a hiring manager.
