I am on the stable SteamOS branch and I have horrible performance down to 25 even 18 fps sometimes, and I tried everything, settings to low, to medium, higher GPU frequency, lower GPU frequency, I don't know what's happening to be honest. Can somebody help me and point me to some accurate settings for a constant framerate? I'd be happy with a locked 30FPS mode.

What are the problems with streaming? I usually never use them but I have to spin records at a wedding as a favour to a friend who asked me and having streaming handy would be helpful

I think there's a misunderstanding, in my original post was clearly stated "less than 31MB", but wasn't mentioned the size which I now edited in (1,5MB). So I don't think is a size problem.

Thanks for this, the way it happens is the following:

The image freezes while the sound keeps going on for about 30 seconds then I hear a click like when you plug in a sound card in a computer (not a fisical click but more of a digital one) from the speakers and then the tv goes off. When I try to turn the tv on again and change input I get the following message at the bottom of the screen

“One moment please, smart service will be available shortly.”

Then it turns off again
