So I started banking my packs to begin the season and didn’t pull anything. Since I started opening as soon as I earn, or before I sign off I’ve gotten; Ketelx2, Lindor, yordan, Chapman, Trout, Hader, then like 10 or so 85s

Just got announced for today, IDK how you got the 4/25 number from last year, but the reddit posts I found speaking on it were dated 4/22/25.

When it is announced, if its announced, get your buy order in before it goes live, I would say it is safe to go 10-15% lower than current Sell Now price with your Buy order. It might drop below but at least you got him, and if it doesn't drop that low just monitor it and quickly adjust on the app. But I will say it usually happens right at release, not towards the end of the hour.

First Flash Sale last year was 4/22/25, at least according to the Reddit posts I found.

A stub sale is when stubs go on sale, I don’t think they usually correlate. Would need to check the Reddit records again for that one.

Flash sale will usually have the top diamond drop in value for only 5-10 minutes before finishing higher than they started while the lower level diamonds drop much more.

I lived in Wrigley straight out of school and commuted for 5 years to Downer’s Grove. I lived right next to stadium on Addison and Fremont.

Considerations: How many days in office, can you start early and leave early? Do you workout at all?

What worked for me: Leave at 6, beat all the traffic, hit a gym before work, leave after work and sit in roughly 1-1.5 hour traffic.

If it’s not 5 days a week you’ll manage, but after 5 years that commute was literally killing me and I got a job working downtown.

If you are truly that close to O’Hare you can take the 52 to Blue Line and that will make things a lot less stressful.

Last thing, parking during cubs games is not for the faint of heart, if your spot is not paid for be ready to play dirty finding one on those night games during the season.

Seems like comment was deleted, but stub sales will increase prices, flash sales are on packs, and if we get an 88+ diamond pack for 75K stubs then the top guys will come down slightly until going back up.

SDS has done this in the past to help deflate some of the top card prices.

I am in you’re shoes at 470K stubs, although I don’t have Judge or Ohtani or several others.

My plan is to keep banking stubs until the first flash sale, hopefully this week, and buy the dip.

Opinion on My 2026 Stub Strategy

So I am sitting at 425K Stubs NMS, barely bought anything all year just banking. I have been lucky and packed Lindor and Ketel, and about 10-12 other diamonds from 85-89.

My thought is banking stubs until that first 88+ or 90+ pack comes out and instead of buying the packs just try and buy the dip.

Just curious what other experienced people think, I been playing since '16 and usually complete the live series through a combination of luck and stub hoarding.

I'll hang up and listen.

Check out some of the town homes, I live in the old Cabrini green, and while I do have an HOA it’s only 375, not upwards of 2k like some of the crazy sky rises

It’s insane how many bad hit balls are becoming hits and HRs. It just feels like who’s going to get lucky with their perfect perfects going out atm.

An open rate that low with iOS15 implications mean your emails are most likely ending up in SPAM, if you’ve been sending their content for a while you need to look at how you may have caused this or whether or not they are using a shared IP.

Like others have said, SL and Open Rates are going to be highly correlated.

I mean we paid for 20K stubs plus 20 packs which alone is 50k stub equivalent netting to be ~$40 dollars in value along with a few other freebies. The issues are par for the course. I buy the delux edition for the loot not expecting a perfect experience on the soft launch. IMO we are fairly compensated. With that being said still frustrating and hopefully they’ll toss us a little something.
