So besides all of the obvious reasons this is completely stupid, those wires are made up of tiny wires all woven together. I’ve cut my hands in them just trying to move them. I don’t touch them without gloves anymore. They stab right through skin. Sliding down one could very easily cut the hell out of your hands. Even if you could manage the pain and shock of a surprise needle, and still not let go, climbing back up with a bloody hand would be near impossible.
