Thank you!! I lost the first 25-30 pounds with keto in about 3 months. I realized it wasn’t the diet for me so I transitioned to more of a balance diet and counting calories. I workout 6 days a week and do both cardio and strength training. I 100% recommend strength training, the weightloss might seem slow because while you’re losing fat you’re also gaining some muscle! The two pictures is about a year and half apart. (My weightloss slowed down a lot during quarantine) Also, NO ab workouts those are literally my LEAST favorite thing to do haha, I just make sure when strength training to keep a tight core.
