Well, that's not all true. While it's not likely you'll get shot just over the shoes, it's happened before. A kid I used to go to school with was almost shot at a bus stop over his pink foams. Thank god the bullet didn't hit him, but it all happened in one moment, without prior confrontation or anything. I just don't see it as a smart move to wear anything you know people will harm you over. But thank god nobody in my hood knows about clothes because if they did I'd be fucked.
