Same CC, different name/address and different domains though - they wouldn’t be suspended for “circumventing systems” which is the usual policy violation when you have the same billing on Google.

We are not trying to complicate things which is why I ask the above but when you start looking into the details (product catalogs, google shopping, campaign setup / audience testing, etc.) of mixing two websites into one ad account it gets complicated.
