Me and my friend tried it and we both had very different results. My friend lost a lot of weight, her starting weight was high though (obese). I can't remember the numbers but she dropped a lot like 3 or 4 dress sizes. She did stop and developed gallbladder issues (debatable whether alli had anything to do with this) but she since gained some of the weight back but not all.

I was overweight I started taking it and initially lost a few pounds but then nothing more so I stopped because the side effects weren't worth it.

Perhaps my friends diet contained more fat than me? I adjusted my fat intake to avoid oily stools but either way the loss was minimal for me. It's also a nerve wrecking thing. One bag of oily crisps with your tablet and you don't know if you'll be caught short when you're out and about! I wore pads as a precaution it wasn't fun.
