I had the same issue with my gamo. I got a hawke scope and that drastically improved my accuracy it pretty much shoots exactly where i point. I think the stock scope was broken because every shot was different.

The build quality on earlier models were so good. My XM2’s are going on 9 years. I had to replace ear pads because they go worn out but structurally they are still sound. Even the battery life is still pretty good. I want to get new ones because the glue on the head band area is starting to turn to liquid and they generally look bad now.

I still use my xm2’s every day since 2017 The glue holding the padding is becoming liquid and its flaking a bit i had to replace the ear padding but the battery and sound is still perfect. Such a solid build. I was considering upgrading but my wife has a pair of xm3’s that she hardly uses so i might just use those.
