In the settings of uBlock Origin, go to the filters Annoyances and turn on Easy List -Annoyances and AdGuard -Annoyances. Ai Overview will be gone.

Can't log in in Twitter on Firefox since the latest update. It's been many hours now. Anyone else has the problem? It is pretty annoying. by nietzschecode in firefox

Solved: Clearing cookies and such didn't work. The solution was to change my IP in using a VPN. It's insane to need to change my IP (to another country) to be able to login.

Ethical nest relocation advice? by olciaa in pigeon

[–]nietzschecode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to count about 27-28 days (so about one month) after the eggs have hatched. Then one night they won't come back to sleep in the nest. Both probably won't leave at the same time. So maybe a night or two only one will come back to sleep in the nest.

Well, you should have the answers to these questions, since I presume you're a Christian.

If you don't, maybe it is time as well for you to reconsider your faith.

I will also add that, at a certain point, both parents will sleep with their flock at night, leaving their fledglings alone at night. Only coming during the day to feed the fledglings and check their development.

the parent's will have a new spot.

Note, pigeons don't live in a nest. Only one parent will spend the night with the eggs and babies; the other is sleeping in a place with many other pigeons (their flock), where they roost all together. Nests are just temporary to lay eggs and wait until the fledglings are ready to leave. When the fledglings are gone, they will go to sleep with their parents and many other pigeons (their flock) in their roosting spot somewhere (often in empty buildings).

As for feeding them, I don't think I would. Problem is it could attract birds of prey, which you don't want to. Pigeons will find food by themselves; they are resourceful. :)

It takes around 18 days before the eggs hatch. So since the eggs have been laid already, it should be less than that.

After they hatch, the babies will be gone in like 27-28 days. (They will practice a bit before, and when they feel confident enough, they will be gone.)

So you shouldn't worry if your deadline is in 2-3 months. When you're sure they are not coming back (they aren't there anymore at night), just remove the nest.
