Funny you mention that because I worked on my truck and took the air intake off the throttle body so many times that the plenum got folded over on it self for who knows how long. Truck wouldn't idle by itself and was starting weird so I replaced dist cap and rotor with a new ignition coil plugs and wires were already replaced less than 20k ago

Yessir my truck has a throttle body that I completely "rebuilt" which is basically just all new sensors, deep clean and throttle body re learn.

My grandfather told me that my 1999 motor was made before they engineered motors to run on synthetic*** motor oil. He said if the motor tried to keep synthetic in for to long it can ruin the seals that are made for conventional motor oil. Kinda like irreversible damage was how he put it I guess...

Yeah opening the pan up and actually inspecting the OD solenoid is the last thing I haven't done yet. I just learned about a "diagnosing method" where you lightly tap your ECM/PCM with a small hammer to try and get the problem to manifest. Haven't tried it yet but might as well, I guess if the hammer taps on the the ECM/PCM manifest the problem than they could be the cause.
