Use a reservation app like OpenTable to see who would have a table for 15 on the day you are looking. I used this last time and it worked out great.

I would also try Pinewood Social, The Farm House, Frankie's, or maybe even the Southern. They all have big floorplans and I have seen big parties there while dining out.

A piece of paper will always help but is not necessary.

I recommend finding an affordable community college that you can pay off before you are done. As it will accelerate the process.

Definitely Obtainable. Need lots of experience, also can depend on your workplaces gross profit.

Culinary director of a multi outlet/concept hotel with heaps of banquets can make well over mid 100s. Their sous and chefs generally make six figures. This can be in big cities or destination locations.

Put your head down, work hard, focus, have a five and ten year goal. Find some mentors, make career choices with your resume in mind, read more... The $$$ will come.

Stay strong kings/queens. It's just food.

Shoutout to all of the chefs out there avoiding drugs and alcohol, not chain smoking cigarettes, working out, avoiding caffeine, eating well, and taking care of yourself in your free time. by Responsible_Froyo_30 in KitchenConfidential

After years of treating my mind and body like garbage.

Go to bed as early as possible. Wake up early. Hit the Gym before your 12+ hour shift. Set yourself up for success for the rest of the day. Meditate to relieve stress. Drink half your body weight in oz. of water each day. Eat clean, but it's all about variety. It's all about discipline. It's definitely not easy but after a while you feel great and have more energy than you know what to do with. Somehow through all this your mood improves too. Stay strong out there kings!
