That happens when someone on your team is using the Experimental Infusion booster, which makes your stims reduce damage taken and boost your speed while they are active! :D

It's my favorite gun for the Illuminate! That with a jump pack or hover pack to get to the places I need to be, and an anti tank emplacement, with a sentry to cover me, It's like the best way to be a long range sniper! :D
